Updated in 180d195b4. The case-insensitive index is now cached per owning descriptor inside each converter, rather than rebuilt for each record. Exact-name precedence and first-declared fallback behavior are unchanged, and the cache is rebuilt after deserialization. I also corrected the read-behavior and ARRAY wording in both docs. The 17 portable tests and root verify passed.
