Classification: D / Zeta checkpoint REST observability. The current overview response adds `jobId` first and only adds `updatedAt` when a snapshot exists, so it cannot provide a response-time clock for an in-progress checkpoint. #12794 is the single focused implementation lane for the additive `generatedAt` field. @pavithraboopathy1210, thank you for offering to contribute. Please do not start a parallel PR: review or test #12794 instead. The PR should stamp `generatedAt` for every response, including the monitor-disabled/no-overview case, keep `updatedAt`'s event-time meaning unchanged, and update EN/ZH REST documentation and unit coverage.
