Classification: D / Zeta checkpoint monitoring. The hardcoded `32` is present at `SeaTunnelServer` construction, and #12789 is the single focused implementation path. Keeping the default at 32 preserves existing behavior while allowing operators to choose the memory/history trade-off explicitly. Please continue review on #12789. The change should validate an unusable history size, document the per-pipeline memory implication in both languages, and keep the REST response shape and retention behavior unchanged when the new option is omitted.
