Fixes #12751. ## Summary Map Dameng `TIMESTAMP WITH LOCAL TIME ZONE` to SeaTunnel's offset-aware timestamp type. Normalize the `INTERVAL` family to strings while retaining each database source type. Add converter coverage and a Dameng integration regression that checks catalog metadata, actual JDBC value classes, and row conversion for LTZ and representative year-to-month/day-to-second intervals. ## Verification - `./mvnw -pl seatunnel-connectors-v2/connector-jdbc -Dtest=DmdbTypeConverterTest -Dskip.spotless=true test` — 37 tests passed. - `./mvnw -q -DskipTests -Dskip.spotless=true verify` — passed; test sources compiled. - `./mvnw -pl seatunnel-connectors-v2/connector-jdbc,seatunnel-e2e/seatunnel-connector-v2-e2e/connector-jdbc-e2e/connector-jdbc-e2e-part-5 -DskipTests spotless:check` — passed.
