Thanks for the report. The current project does provide a Clickhouse source
connector, but the `FactoryException` shown here is only the outer wrapper; the
underlying cause and the actual connector configuration are missing, so we
cannot tell whether this is plugin loading, a JDBC connection/authentication
problem, or a server compatibility issue.

Could you please update the issue in English and include the following, with
passwords, tokens, private addresses, and other sensitive values removed:

   1. The exact SeaTunnel release/build, engine mode, Java version, and
installed Clickhouse connector plugin/JAR version.
   2. The complete source and sink configuration, especially the connector
name, host/port/protocol, database, table or SQL, and `clickhouse.config`
settings.
   3. The full exception chain below `FactoryException`, not only the top-level
stack frames, together with the relevant startup logs showing connector
discovery.
   4. The ClickHouse server version and whether a connection from the same
SeaTunnel worker host succeeds with the same protocol and user.
   5. A minimal reproducible configuration and the expected versus actual
result.

Once those details are available, we can identify the failing initialization
path and verify whether it is reproducible on the current connector.
