### Search before asking - [x] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/issues?q=is%3Aissue+label%3A%22bug%22) and found no similar issues. ### What happened - Excel source may read values by column position even when the file has a header row. - Reproduce with Excel headers `[b, a, c]`, schema fields `[a, b, c]`, `read_columns = [a, c]`, and `skip_header_row_number = 1`. - **Expected:** fields `a` and `c` contain their matching column values. - **Actual:** a field may contain the value from another physical column, such as `b`. - Both POI and EasyExcel reading paths need to map schema fields to Excel columns by header name. ### SeaTunnel Version 2.3.13 ### SeaTunnel Config ```conf env { job.mode = "BATCH" parallelism = 1 } source { LocalFile { path = "/Users/xxx/file/industry_catalog_split.xlsx" file_format_type = "excel" encoding = "gbk" excel_engine = "EasyExcel" schema { columns = [ { name = "二级类目", type = string } { name = "三级类目Label", type = string } { name = "三级类目Name", type = string } { name = "FieldTitle1", type = string } { name = "FieldTitle2", type = string } ] } read_columns = ["FieldTitle1", "FieldTitle2"] } } sink { Console { } } ``` ### Running Command ```shell sh bin/seatunnel.sh --config config/v2.batch.excel.template ``` ### Error Exception ```log none ``` ### Zeta or Flink or Spark Version _No response_ ### Java or Scala Version _No response_ ### Screenshots Complete Excel table data: <img width="2326" height="348" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/60c4beec-10b3-4851-b7e5-1a2173e43889" /> Based on above configuration, I expected to read the data corresponding to the FieldTitle1 and FieldTitle2 columns, but the actual data printed by the Console is: <img width="2536" height="270" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/5c59236f-ef3a-4a26-8a5d-7fb01a89d460" /> The printed content is the data from the first two columns of the index position, rather than the data corresponding to the FieldTitle1 and FieldTitle2 columns that I expected. ### Are you willing to submit PR? - [x] Yes I am willing to submit a PR! ### Code of Conduct - [x] I agree to follow this project's [Code of Conduct](https://www.apache.org/foundation/policies/conduct) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
