Thanks @Asthenia0412 for flagging the CI problem. I checked head `a0040e6`: it is the same commit I approved on 09-27 (the later activity on this PR is only the CI notices), so there is nothing new to re-review and my approval of the source change stands. On CI: the apache-side `Build` check is only a pointer to a run in your fork, and it reports "Workflow run detection failed" because no `Build` run exists for this head. Pushing more empty commits will not help when GitHub does not create a run for the push. This branch is 134 commits behind `dev` and does not yet contain the manual trigger from #12720, so I suggest: 1. Merge or rebase the latest `dev` into `codex/fix-kafka-committer-classloader-9899` (the PR touches only `KafkaSinkCommitter` and its test, and `dev` has no conflicting change in those files). 2. In your fork, open the Actions tab, make sure workflows are enabled, select the `Build` workflow and click "Run workflow" on that branch (or just push; either should create the run). 3. The scheduled status workflow in this repository then adopts the run for the PR's `Build` check. If no run appears after that, please paste a screenshot of your fork's Actions tab here and we will look further.
