Thanks for the clear proposal and the policy link. In the PR, please make sure the `workflow_run` jobs resolve the PR from the payload rather than from any PR-controlled content, and keep the labeler and Build check behavior otherwise unchanged. Two questions: - How will the `notify_test_workflow.yml` Build check link to the correct fork CI run under `workflow_run`? - Which maintained release branches need the `pr-signal.yml` backport? Follow-up PRs for those would be welcome.
