CI is green now: https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/actions/runs/38147417012 75 jobs, 0 failures. The two `elasticsearch-connector-it` legs pass here too, so #12711 was the fix after all. While I was at it I rebased on dev (it moved past `0278a6a74`) and did the two things @DanielLeens asked for: the extension descriptions don't repeat the option key anymore, and `startup.mode = specific` with no file/pos now fails during config validation with the same message the source gives, test included.
