The PR is now the correct review surface for the MySQL and inherited OceanBase validation slice. I confirmed that it keeps the runtime source path unchanged and applies connector-local guards so omitted `startup.mode` is checked when a specific-offset option is present. The current Build check for #12708 has failed, so this work is not ready for human review or merge. Please resolve the CI failure on the PR while preserving the reviewed compatibility matrix: file plus pos only must remain valid for `specific`; GTID and skip metadata stay optional; every explicit and omitted wrong-mode specific-offset case must fail during configuration validation; and the inherited OceanBase cases must stay covered.
