Closes #12694 ### What changed Create one JMS Session and MessageProducer per ActiveMQ client, reuse them across writes, and close them before closing the connection. Clean up resources if initialization fails. Add the nine requested ActiveMQ connection factory and producer options with the specified defaults, register them with the sink factory, and document them in English and Chinese. ### Validation The ActiveMQ module unit tests pass (9 tests).
