Addressed the follow-ups in `15fef69d9`: the test now checks that the real PostgreSQL factory declares STOP_MODE, rejected mode tokens are independently asserted, and EN/ZH notes clearly date the overlapping-PR observations. The queue-drain acceptance sequence is explicit; any reproduced shared-fetcher defect requires its own base-module fix rather than a PostgreSQL workaround. All 14 factory/LSN characterization tests pass.
