CI on `6af717d`: `GaussDBMppdbProtocolCompatibilityIT` passed on both JDK 8 and JDK 11 shards (snapshot, insert, update and delete through `mppdb_decoding` against openGauss on Zeta and Flink). The remaining failures in that run are unrelated to this PR: Hudi and Paimon S3 tests (`minio/minio` removed from Docker Hub), a timing-based `PythonSourceTest` case, and a Maven Central `Connection reset` while resolving `connector-prometheus` dependencies on the Windows JDK 11 unit-test job. Two follow-up commits, no functional change: - `b915891` and its parent split the module into the layout used by the other CDC connectors: plugin surface at the root, `config`, `source`, `source.offset`, `source.reader`, `source.reader.wal` and `source.reader.mppdb` for the wire protocol. Pure move; only classes and members referenced across the new package boundaries became public, and tests moved alongside their subjects. - Docs now state explicitly that the driver in the `GaussDB-CDC` plugin directory must implement the GaussDB replication protocol and that stock pgjdbc can only run the snapshot.
