### Search before asking - [x] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/issues?q=is%3Aissue+label%3A%22bug%22) and found no similar issues. ### What happened In the current scenario where the topic has not been consumed before, in batch mode,if start_rode is set to earliest, the job will restart and consume again, instead of continuing to consume from the offset of the last consumption.
