### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [feature](https://github.com/apache/incubator-seatunnel/issues?q=is%3Aissue+label%3A%22Feature%22) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description `defaultRowFetchSize` param is very import for JDBC Source to read data from Redshift use Redshift driver. If `defaultRowFetchSize` is not set , the Redshift will return all data to seatunnel source reader and the source may oom.
