Refreshed the existing branch with a non-force merge of current rocketmq-studio@127c47b0. New head 0ca4e89f0b34f418ae7d8b742055b8f4da14d9fd; the published tree d193b41987c4bb74f529888cef0c0d94b963d287 exactly matches the locally tested tree. Both Git merge-tree and GitHub now report no merge conflict. The resolution preserves upstream certificate retry/load-error handling and its language-preference mock, while retaining not_yet_valid, expired-status precedence, the UTC regressions, both API status tables, and all four translated labels. The bilingual status regression now uses the upstream hoisted language fixture instead of writing localStorage behind that mock. Scope remains the original eight certificate-status files. Fresh validation: 18/18 focused certificate-page and translation tests passed; touched-file ESLint, Prettier, and git diff --check passed. TypeScript did not complete: the 384 MiB local run exhausted the V8 heap. Java tests were not rerun because Maven and a project Maven wrapper are unavailable in this executor. No full-suite, production-build, backend-package, live-service, or new browser-visual pass is claimed for this head.
