CI update for head `7a0ad7a`: backend tests (Java 21), backend build, Go/race checks and frontend Docker build passed. The only failed job is [Frontend Build](https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-dashboard/actions/runs/39291488682/job/118192969080): 1,830 frontend tests passed; the sole failure is the unchanged `ConsumerPage.test.tsx:1456` case, `highlights inconsistent subscriptions and refreshes the check result`, waiting for `全部 2 个订阅配置一致`. This PR changes only `AiRunService.java` and its test; the entire `web/` tree is unchanged from the base. The same subscription-refresh test race is already tracked by #5626.
