Head commit for run: 61004bd7f71f08f4752cce458dc37aeadd88df27 / dxz0069 <[email protected]> fix(topic,group): serialize list timestamps on the UTC wire and name the CSV zone rmq_topic and rmq_group rows carry gmtCreate/gmtModified written on first discovery as zone-less server-local wall clocks, but the topic and consumer pages rendered them with browser-local parsing, so every creation time was shown shifted by the server-viewer offset. Both CSV exports wrote the same server-local values with a header that named no zone. The JSON list endpoints (TopicController, ConsumerGroupController) now convert both stamps to UTC wall clocks - the conversion lives on the controller exits because findTopic and the write paths consume the service methods internally and must keep the server-local base - and the pages render with formatUtcDateTime. The exported values stay server-local; both CSV headers now name the zone they are written in (Created At (UTC+XX:XX)), the audit CSV's labeling approach. The lastHeartbeat column is untouched: it is client-reported, not a stored rmq_group stamp.
