## Problem In Mock mode, `deleteAlertRule(id, domain)` resolves successfully when the ID does not exist in the selected domain. The real `AlertService.deleteRule` returns a not-found error, and Mock mode already rejects missing IDs for update and toggle. A stale row or cross-domain ID can therefore display a successful delete despite no rule being removed. ## Reproduction 1. Enable Mock mode and record the alert rules in either domain. 2. Call `deleteAlertRule` with an unknown ID, or with an ID that exists only in the other domain. 3. Observe that the promise resolves and the selected domain inventory is unchanged. ## Expected behavior Reject the missing ID with the same `Alert rule not found: <id>` error convention as the Mock update and toggle paths, while preserving existing rules in both domains. ## Proposed fix Check the selected domain before splicing and add a focused regression test for missing and cross-domain IDs. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
