功能说明：Add a broker admin API and `mqadmin listLiteTopic` command that enumerate the lite topics under a parent topic with min/max offsets, last update time, subscriber count, and sharding ownership. Today users can obtain only an aggregate count from `GET_PARENT_TOPIC_INFO`, inspect one named lite topic through `GET_LITE_TOPIC_INFO`, or inspect one client's subscriptions through `GET_LITE_CLIENT_INFO`; there is no broker-wide listing of dynamically created lite topic names. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
