## Problem The Lite Topic Extend TTL dialog loads the list of Apache instances every time it opens. That request has no dialog-generation guard. If an operator closes and reopens the dialog before the first request finishes, the old response can fill the new dialog's instance options and auto-select an instance that did not come from the current lookup. When the current lookup then completes, it does not replace that selection because the form is no longer blank. ## Reproduction 1. Open Extend TTL and leave its instance-list request pending. 2. Close and reopen the dialog, starting a second request. 3. Complete the first request with one Apache instance, then the second with a different Apache instance. 4. The reopened dialog keeps the first request's owner selected despite the newer result. This is reproducible in a deferred-promise component test against the current `rocketmq-studio` branch. ## Proposed fix Invalidate pending instance lookups when the dialog closes or a new lookup starts. Clear the old options on each open and apply loading, options, and auto-selection only for the current request. Keep the existing Apache-vendor filter and ownership-checked write unchanged. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
