## Bug The frontend CI sometimes fails in `DLQPage.test.tsx` at `shows per-message failure details for a partial range resend`. The test finds the DLQ row as soon as its text is rendered, then immediately uses `userEvent` to click its resend button. Ant Design's table loading overlay can still set `pointer-events: none` during that render transition, so user-event rejects the click before the test reaches the behavior it means to verify. Observed on [Frontend Build run 38683410321](https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-dashboard/actions/runs/38683410321/job/116252769328): 1625 tests passed and this single test failed with `Unable to perform pointer interaction ... BUTTON(label=重投消息)`. ## Expected The partial-resend test should wait for the table to become interactive or bypass the known jsdom/CSS overlay pointer check, like its neighboring resend test, while still exercising the actual button handler and result details.
