Head commit for run: db74d901aa77105b6f4d714fe1a9819c94b6d1e7 / Zhao Jianing <[email protected]> fix(alerts): parse the 24h statistic's timestamps as UTC lastTriggered is the backend's UTC wall clock serialized without an offset - the column on the same page already parses it with formatUtcDateTime for that reason, but the statistic fed it to a bare new Date, which reads it as browser-local. In a UTC+8 viewer every rule triggered 16-24 hours ago shifted out of the window and the count undercounted. Extract the hardened parse into parseUtcDate and use it for the statistic.
