Refreshed the existing branch by a non-force merge of rocketmq-studio@779b8c0e. New head af9c528939989459d1ef5cb45de90960feb9c6d8; its published Git tree matches the locally verified tree exactly. 109 focused Java tests passed, including shutdown while startup is blocked, idempotent shutdown, and deterministic startup backoff. The separate lifecycle monitor/destroyed-state handling and removal of the redundant started flag remain intact. Checkstyle and package passed with the binary-license gate enabled (278 components). No full local backend/MySQL or live-broker run is claimed. Exact-head CI is queued: https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-dashboard/actions/runs/38444063676. Earlier CI failures belong to the older head.
