URL: https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-dashboard/pull/6386

@lizhimins Supersedes #5772 (GitHub refuses to reopen maintainer-closed PRs,
hence the fresh one) — same one-line ordering fix, with the review asks
applied, and the branch merged onto the current `rocketmq-studio`.

   ## What

The route table on the topic page lists `queueDatas` in whatever order the
broker's table walk produced, while the queue-stats view on the same screen
orders its rows (`orderedBrokerAddrs`, the group/progress sorts). This orders
the route rows by broker name so both views agree.

   ## Review asks from #5772, applied

   - Test renamed to `getTopicRoutesShouldOrderRoutesByBrokerNameTest` per repo
convention.
   - The "order is not stable" framing is gone — for an identical route the
walk is deterministic; the point is consistency with the stats view.

`RocketMQMetadataProviderTest` is green on this branch.
