### What LlmModelsResultVO is the model picker's data source. It had no test. This pins: a successful listing round-trips, and a degraded listing carries the full warning triple (warning, warningCode, hint) that tells the UI why the list may be stale or partial. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Regression only (Lombok result). - Restored: green.
