Review adjustments (lizhimins): restored the executable bit on package-release.sh (100755), and the trailing newlines on package-release.sh and license-binary.go that failed make fmt and CI. Rebased onto the rocketmq-studio integration branch. Verified: gofmt clean, go build ./scripts/, shellcheck on package-release.sh, all on rocketmq-studio.
