### What
`LlmOperationResultVO` — the answer shape of the LLM config operations — had
no test. This adds `LlmOperationResultVOTest` with 5 tests.
### What is pinned
- success carries the message on the **success channel only** (status 0, msg
set, everything else null);
- `successWithModels` carries the model list with the same envelope;
- failure defaults to the `llm.config.invalid` machine code;
- a typed failure carries its own code and recovery hint;
- **the channels are mutually exclusive**: success never sets the error
channel, failure never sets the success message or the model list — the
settings UI branches on exactly this split, and a failure in the success
channel renders as a blank toast.
### Verification
- New tests on unmodified code: **5/5 green**, checkstyle clean (`mvn test
-Dtest=LlmOperationResultVOTest`).
- Discriminating mutations on `LlmOperationResultVO`, build result verified
red each time:
1. failure landing on the success channel — red;
2. the default failure code changed — red;
3. `successWithModels` dropping the model list — red.
- Restored: 5/5 green. Test-only change; no product code touched.
