Resolved by #4496, merged into `rocketmq-studio` as 7ce9a68. `MetadataService.sendMessage` now dispatches to the resolved instance provider instead of rejecting non-Apache vendors with 501, gated by a new `MESSAGE_SEND` capability that the Aliyun and Tencent providers implement through their SDKs.
