Resolved by #4469, merged into `rocketmq-studio` as a248260. `TencentAclService.deleteRule` now revokes the cluster-wide rule by clearing PermRead/PermWrite through `ModifyRole` instead of calling `DeleteRole`, because on Tencent the role also owns the credentials — deleting it silently removed the ACL user. Roles left without any permission are hidden from the rule list but still returned as users, so an operator can re-enable them. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
