Closing: this is the same defect already tracked in #3150 ("Consumer Group
Push/Pop filter only filters the current page"), which I should have found
before filing. The fix is covered by the open PRs #3160 and #4053; my own
attempt (#4172) has been closed as a duplicate of those.
Scope correction for whoever triages: the client-side filter also desyncs
the page's CSV export, which filters server-side
(`MetadataService.exportConsumerGroups`), so list and export disagree — but
that detail belongs on #3150, not a separate issue.
