## Problem
The current test suite does not cover message trace consumer group counting.
## Expected behavior
- A focused Vitest case locks the existing behavior.
- The targeted test file passes and fails if the covered behavior regresses.
## Scope
Only add regression coverage for $(@{Slug=trace-delivery-count;
Focus=message trace consumer group counting; PrTitle=test(message-trace): cover
consumer group counting;
TestFile=web/src/utils/messageTraceDiagnostics.test.ts; Mode=existing;
Append=describe('message trace delivery counting', () => {
it('counts distinct consumer groups from delivery statuses', () => {
