### Motivation `UpdateCloudCredentialDTO` had no unit coverage for its required id validation or secret redaction. This PR adds first coverage. ### Changes - A missing id is rejected. - `toString` never exposes the secret key. - A valid update passes validation. ### Verification - `mvn -B test -Dtest=UpdateCloudCredentialDTOTest`: 3/3 passed, BUILD SUCCESS -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
