### Summary
Adds the first dedicated unit test suite for `ResetConsumerOffsetPreviewVO`,
the reset preview returned before applying a consumer offset reset.
### Changes

`server/src/test/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/instance/group/ResetConsumerOffsetPreviewVOTest.java`
- `builderDefaultsDescribeEmptyPreview`: completeness flags false,
counters zero.
- `allArgsCarryPreviewState`: lag deltas and queue counts round-trip.
### Testing
- `mvn -B test -Dtest=ResetConsumerOffsetPreviewVOTest` passes (2 tests, all
green).
