### Summary
Adds the first dedicated unit test suite for `RmqAclRule`, the persisted ACL
rule row behind `rmq_acl_rule`.
### Changes

`server/src/test/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/persistence/entity/RmqAclRuleTest.java`
- `freshEntityCarriesNullFields`: untouched row defaults to nulls.
- `settersRoundTripEveryField`: principal, resource, actions, decision and
scope round-trip.
### Testing
- `mvn -B test -Dtest=RmqAclRuleTest` passes (2 tests, all green).
