### Summary
Adds the first dedicated unit test suite for `BusinessException`, the typed
error thrown across the service layer.
### Changes
-
`server/src/test/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/common/exception/BusinessExceptionTest.java`
- `carriesCodeAndMessage`: the numeric code and message surface.
- `isARuntimeException`: the hierarchy stays runtime-friendly.
### Testing
- `mvn -B test -Dtest=BusinessExceptionTest` passes (2 tests, all green).
