### Summary
Adds the first dedicated unit test suite for `CertStatus`, the certificate
lifecycle vocabulary surfaced by the K8s cert list views.
### Changes
-
`server/src/test/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/common/domain/enums/CertStatusTest.java`
- `exposesAllCertificateLifecycleStatuses`: valid, expiring and expired
exist.
- `enumNamesStayLowerCamelForJsonSerialization`: names stay lower
camel-case for the wire.
- `namesRoundTripThroughValueOf`: every constant round-trips through
`valueOf`.
### Testing
- `mvn -B test -Dtest=CertStatusTest` passes (3 tests, all green).
