### Summary
Adds the first dedicated unit test suite for `CertType`, the certificate
type vocabulary used by the K8s cert payloads and the frontend type selector.
### Changes
-
`server/src/test/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/common/domain/enums/CertTypeTest.java`
- `exposesAllSupportedCertificateTypes`: TLS, mTLS and ServiceAccount
exist.
- `enumNamesMatchTheAcceptedTypeStrings`: names stay exactly
`TLS`/`mTLS`/`ServiceAccount`.
- `namesRoundTripThroughValueOf`: every constant round-trips through
`valueOf`.
### Testing
- `mvn -B test -Dtest=CertTypeTest` passes (3 tests, all green).
