### Summary
Adds the first dedicated unit test suite for `PrometheusAlertRule`, the
record that models one entry of the exported Prometheus rules YAML.
The tests pin the component accessors, nullable tail fields and record
equality so the export envelope stays stable.
### Changes

`server/src/test/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/ops/alert/PrometheusAlertRuleTest.java`
- `exposesAllRecordComponents`: every Prometheus rule field round-trips
through the accessors.
- `nullableFieldsStayNull`: team/summary/description may be absent.
- `equalityFollowsRecordComponents`: record equality and hash behaviour.
### Testing
- `mvn -B test -Dtest=PrometheusAlertRuleTest` passes (3 tests, all green).
