### Summary
Adds the first dedicated unit test suite for `AlertRuleBulkResultVO`, the
aggregate outcome of the bulk rule toggle/delete endpoints.
The bean groups succeeded ids, per-id failures and the updated rules; the
tests pin the populated shape and the untouched-builder defaults.
### Changes

`server/src/test/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/ops/alert/AlertRuleBulkResultVOTest.java`
- `carriesSucceededIdsFailuresAndUpdatedRules`: all three collections
round-trip through the builder.
- `builderLeavesUntouchedFieldsNull`: an empty builder yields null
collections.
### Testing
- `mvn -B test -Dtest=AlertRuleBulkResultVOTest` passes (2 tests, all green).
