### Summary
Adds the first dedicated unit test suite for `PrometheusException`, the
typed failure used by the Prometheus-compatible metrics sources.
Both constructors must preserve the HTTP status code, message and optional
cause. The tests cover the message-only form and the cause-carrying form.
### Changes

`server/src/test/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/cluster/metrics/PrometheusExceptionTest.java`
- `carriesStatusCodeAndMessage`: status code and message are exposed,
cause stays null.
- `carriesStatusCodeMessageAndCause`: the cause is preserved through the
second constructor.
### Testing
- `mvn -B test -Dtest=PrometheusExceptionTest` passes (2 tests, all green).
