### Summary
Adds the first dedicated unit test suite for `CreateAclUserDTO`, the
validated payload of the ACL user create endpoint.
The DTO enforces a non-blank `username` and maps to `AclUserVO`; the new
tests lock in the required-field contract plus the VO mapping so regressions in
either branch are caught early.
### Changes

`server/src/test/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/instance/acl/CreateAclUserDTOTest.java`
- `acceptsCompletePayload`: a fully populated payload passes validation.
- `rejectsMissingUsername` / `rejectsBlankUsername`: null or
whitespace-only `username` yields the `username is required` violation.
- `optionalFieldsRemainOptional`: only `username` is mandatory.
- `mapsToAclUserVo`: role flags, cluster list and admin flag are carried
over, while the id stays unset.
### Testing
- `mvn -B test -Dtest=CreateAclUserDTOTest` passes (5 tests, all green).
