### Summary `ImportTopicsDTO` requires an instance and a non-empty batch of up to 100 validated topics. It had no tests. ### Changes - An empty request reports the required instance/batch messages - Batches larger than 100 topics are rejected - Nested invalid topics surface their own field messages - A complete request passes validation ### Testing `mvn test -Dtest=ImportTopicsDTOTest` passes: 4 tests, 0 failures (first coverage for this DTO). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
