### Summary Localize the shared CSV import validation helper used by the Topic and Consumer Group import previews: - `parseCsvTable`, `validateTopicCsvImport`, `validateConsumerGroupCsvImport` and `validateResourceName` accept a `lang: 'zh' | 'en'` parameter (default `zh`), mirroring the existing `formatDelay(totalSeconds, lang)` util convention. - All parse errors, duplicate-row messages, name/field/type validations and per-row joins now render in the caller's language (`；` vs `; ` separators). - Topic / Consumer pages pass their `lang` through both import flows (including the parse-failure fallback toast). ### Why Pasting a malformed CSV in the import modal surfaced Chinese parse/validation copy on both the Topic and Consumer Group pages in English mode; the helper was the last zh-producing util on that path. ### Testing - `tsc --noEmit` passes (exit 0). - `eslint` clean on changed files (0 errors). - Vitest: `resourceCsvImport` unit suite + full `TopicPage` and `ConsumerPage` suites pass (3 files; default-zh assertions unchanged). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
