## Problem Known LLM providers return only built-in fallback models. If a saved deployment uses a custom model name, that current selection disappears until remote discovery succeeds. ## Expected behavior Append the normalized saved model to known-provider fallbacks without duplicating built-in entries. ## Verification Extend LLM settings tests with a custom saved OpenAI deployment name. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
