## Problem The global navigation shortcut accepts Ctrl/Cmd-Shift-K because shiftKey is not considered. This consumes modified shortcuts that may belong to the browser or another feature. ## Expected behavior Open navigation search only for unshifted Ctrl/Cmd-K while retaining the existing Alt and editable-target guards. ## Verification Extend navigation shortcut tests with Ctrl-Shift-K. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
