**FEATURE REQUEST** 1. Please describe the feature you are requesting. when i want to create topic, i found it only support brokerAddress, but in java, it support clusterName. When a brokerAddress changed, code will not take effect. 2. Provide any additional detail on your proposed use case for this feature. Implemented like Java, convert cluster to IP through functions. 3. Indicate the importance of this issue to you (blocker, must-have, should-have, nice-to-have).
