在早期的版本中，默认应该是扫描 3G，当前的实现已修改过了，这里也起到一个 CommitLog 预热的作用。 ckpt 的 min phy offset 是所有 cq 的 max offset 所指向的 phy offset 的最小值。可能要考虑一下对 ha 流程的影响 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
