[I] [BUG] PushConsumer abnormally marked pullRT as consumeRT. [rocketmq-client-cpp]

   1. Please describe the issue you observed:
   
   - What did you do (The steps to reproduce)?
   
   I start a consumer, when there's no consumption accumulation, the consume rt 
grows to about 500+ms, while the actual consumption time is close to 0ms in my 
log.
   
   - What did you expect to see?
   Consumer rt is the actual consumption time
   
   - What did you see instead?
   Consumer rt is not the actual consumption time, and the pullRT is always 
zero.
