   Checkpoint is a source and sink their respective management, or 
RocketMQPartitionSplitState. getCurrentOffset() is only checkpoint,

   If this currentOffset is the only checkpoint, does this collect perform the 
checkpoint update only after completing the sink logic? If it only delivers 
messages to sink, Check whether checkpoint is inconsistent with the broker's 
startingOffset
